Maneuvering 40ft in and out of the booth takes coordination between several members of the team. Because our booths were built to handle such size and even more, it was easy to accommodate this equipment. Our highly trained staff works within these parameters regularly with the utmost attention to safety.
G&C Coatings dissembled this equipment starting with removing the rooftops and external piping. We blasted the inside of the Mud System in preparation for the tank liner. Once the blasting on the inside was complete we blasted the outside in order to prep the equipment for a 2-coat system: Epoxy & Polyurethane.
Each pipe on the outside of the Mud System carried a different fluid. We worked with multiple colors to help the client's team quickly identify what fluid was in each pipe.
