3 Walking Rigs

This project included 3 multi-well drilling rigs where we performed full assembly and disassembly of the entire rig (rig up and rig down). The customer was on location throughout the duration of the rigs being coated. We assisted in the performance of testing and commissioning for all of the equipment.

The mass and substructure were new while the backyard and supporting equipment were refurbished.

• choke manifolds
• mud gas separators
• blowout preventors
• automated catwalk
• automated pipe-handler
• top drive
• drawworks

For each rig, we completed the paint in less than 40 days.
